Darrin Kretzer is the heart of this company. A husband and father of 5, he has always kept busy and enjoyed working with his hands. He worked as an iron worker & welder for over 20yrs, and one day while looking for something new to do in his spare time, he came across woodturning. What he didn't realize was that, what started off as a hobby, quickly turned into a passion! After learning everything there was to know about his new found passion, he dedicated himself to making sure only the best pieces left the shop. Once he felt that he was producing high-quality, luxury items, and with the help of his wife Melanie, DK American Woodcraft became a reality.
